LOCATIONS

Where do we poster on campuses?

Answer: When we poster campuses, we pepper them with your message and advertisement. Areas for posting are bulletin boards, common areas, cafeterias, near the libraries, dormitories and around the campus.

What areas in a city do you cover?

Answer: We cover downtown and heavy traffic areas as well as the outskirts of these cities including on street poles and areas accessible to general consumers.. We'll work with you to deliver the best advertising at the best rates possible.

Number of locations per campus?

Answer: The number of locations varies from campus to campus. We have a recommended sampling list provided in our media kit.

How often are boards cleaned off?

Answer: It depends on the campus and the location on the campus. Some campuses are cleaned weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.

List criteria for evaluating school's take-one/poster potential.

Answer: The client dictates which campuses would be a take-one/poster potential. It would depend on your target list of schools. Every client has a specific target audience (i.e. age group, major or area of the country etc.)

Can vendor provide competitive environment @ schools?

Answer: Yes.

Do you have any strong geographic territories?

Answer: All geographic territories are strong and this has been demonstrated by the responses of our existing clients.

Communication channels - what voluntary feedback on program is given, by vendor and reps?

Answer: There is a constant communication channel on a daily and weekly basis between the managers and the reps. The field agents give feedback on programs and report the progress for each of the postering clients. And, every month we send out a monthly newsletter. There is no direct channel of communication between the vendor and the individual reps. However, we can provide evaluation reports to our vendors upon completion of campaign.

Answer: The most important concern of our clients is regarding fulfillment or quality control. That's why we have several levels of quality control:

Answer: Varies Semester To Semester

How many schools?

Answer: It varies from client to client.

How many reps?

Answer: We have over 100 agents and the number of agents involved in any one campaign varies from client to client.

What are your reps credentials?

Answer: All of our agents are full-time professionals and their experience ranges from 5-25 years.

Compensation (flat rate/commission/both?)

Answer: Flat Rate/Fixed Fee

How many others will they run simultaneously to our campaign?

Answer: It depends on the time of the year. We run approximately 5-25 other postering clients simultaneously.

Do they work exclusively for vendor?

Answer: Our agents/reps are exclusive to our clients.

Is the rep's compensation level the same for each client?

Answer: No

Total reps for program and total schools per rep and geographic territories?

Answer: We have over 100 reps and they are broken down into several geographic territories. Our agents have anywhere from 5-50 campuses each that they are responsible for. It varies on the area.

What client references can you provide?

In addition, we have other reports that substantiate that we have done the work. Other references available upon request.

What are your companies capabilities and client/product histories beyond take-ones for the following direct sales, on-going rep programs?

Answer: We are presently executing newspaper placement both print and online buys, targeted internet student consumer web site advertisements, college magazine sales, direct promotions, distribution bulk drops for catalogs, magazines, and brochures, mousepad and postcard distribution with client supplied advertisements, College expos etc.

How do you provide proof of campaigns you operate?

Answer: We like to make all of our clients to feel comfortable in terms of the services we provide. Tear Sheets are provided for newspaper placement ads and wave photos are provided for college postering and flyer promotions along with a comprehensive Campaign Completion Data Sheet.

Answer: Yes

Are you aware of respective school requirement/approval process?

Answer: Yes

What are the sizes of posters you can poster?

Answer: We can poster all different sizes of posters. We recommend 11’ x 17’ or 8.5’ x 11’. We accommodate other sizes as well but rates may vary depending upon size and weight. Design of teh poster should be eye-catching. We have contracted designers and printers that work together with us to give you the absolute lowest price in terms of design and printing.

Who posters our ads?

Answer: Our Advertising Representatives are responsible individuals who are in charge of several campuses at once and/or one particular city. Our Advertising Representatives work for our clients to give them the absolute best service and quality possible. They are responsible individuals with 15+ years experience. These aggressive business minded individuals want your campaign to be a success.

What is the timing of your dual wave material distribution?

Answer: Generally for most clients, we distribute posters on a weekly basis. However, this could be adjusted according to your needs. Depending on the area, we do a consistent routine maintenance check and follow-up visits to make sure that everything is in order, uncovered, reposted,etc...

What type of shipping process do you use?

Answer: We employ all of them. Depending on the situation, we utilize each one to best suite our client's needs.

RESULTS-RESULTS-RESULTS

What are your projections for response rate?

Answer: This varies by client. Variables include the time of year, the quality of the poster, the quality of the creative; and the incentives behind each postering campaign. We have had anywhere from 1%-25% response rate depending upon the number of pieces distributed.

Can you provide monthly results/tracking by school?

Answer: Yes. However, the client must be willing to code each school's applications or make sure that in the application it requests the applicant's school, how they saw promotion, school URL, student e-mail address, etc.. that they are attending.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

What does it cost to place ads in college newspapers across the US?

Answer: There are approx. 2,000 college newspapers in the US and if you wanted to hit every one of them with a full page ad, it would cost about $1.5 million dollars. Is there a minimum order for campus postering?

Answer: Yes! NAM requires a minimum of a 1000 posters per campaign with a minimum of 25 posters per campus.

What are your advertising and marketing rates?

Answer: We list rates for most programs. However, some rates have to be confirmed upon specific campaign request, i.e. newspaper inquiries, online advertising, postering. All currency is in US Dollars –USD.

Do our prices include shipping & handling and printing?

Answer: No. Our prices are separate from shipping & handling, departmentals, storage and processing to send your posters to our representatives. Printing costs are done at the negotiated cost. Our rates are most competitive. Our Full-Service contracted vendor can print in both color and black & white. Let us know specifically what you are looking for. All posters are shipped directly to NewAge Marketing, Inc. Headquarters at 50 Sutton Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914. For a nominal fee including postage, we coordinate entire aspect of campaign, sort posters according to number of specified waves, package, and resend the posters directly to our reps.
