which we adopted at a management retreat a number of years ago.
To supplement our mission statement, our management team gathered
at a retreat in 1997 to formulate and adopt a vision statement
and core values for both associates and clients of the company.
These statements form the foundation for the direction and growth
of our company, and we are extremely committed to these values
in our business.

Each member of the company will constantly strive to exceed client expectations in all instances, by stressing timely, personalized service utilizing the latest in technological innovations. We will accomplish our mission by taking a proactive approach to all engagements, with an emphasis on planning, communication and feed back, both within our company, representatives and clients, referral sources, and strategic partners.
