NAM Youth Marketing reserves the right to reject advertising that it considers objectionable. Commercial advertisements that discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, handicap, age or sex will not be accepted. Advertisements for products, services or promotions that are illegal in the (Advertisement) will be rejected.
NAM Youth Marketing will make every effort to accommodate ad position requests. However, because late breaking news can affect the design of the NAM Youth Marketing, NAM Youth Marketing does not guarantee any ad position. NAM Youth Marketing will make every effort to contact clients immediately when such a situation occurs. Because of the costs associated with redesigning after the advertising deadline, retail advertising cancelled after the deadline will be charged at 50 percent of the cost of publishing the ad in addition to full production cost.
Changes to advertisements after the deadline will be subject to additional charges and, in some cases, the changes may not be possible. If space permits, NAM Youth Marketing will consider past deadline requests on a case-by-case basis. Proofs for these ads cannot be guaranteed. Make-goods or credit adjustments will be made for the portion of the ad in error. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to notify NAM Youth Marketing of significant errors. NAM Youth Marketing will be responsible for first run errors up to a negotiable 25% of the ad cost. Allowances will be made only for errors that materially affect an ad's value. All errors after the first run are considered to be a failure of client to notify NAM Youth Marketing; no compensation is considered.
Credit Information
All advertising must be prepaid unless credit has been established with NAM Youth Marketing. Credit may be established by filling out the proper credit application and submitting it to NAM Youth Marketing's business office prior to placement of advertising. NAM Youth Marketing reserves the right to deny or revoke credit to any business with a poor credit history, poor payment history, lack of references, insufficient length of operation at present location or of a transitory nature. If any invoice becomes 90 days past due, NAM Youth Marketing reserves the
right to revoke credit for one academic year.
Insert Shipping
Inserts must be shipped to NAM 14 days before the inserts are to appear. Inserts must be scheduled through NAM Youth Marketing's sales department and approved by the sales manager before running. ADVERTISERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSERTS BEING SHIPPED!
