AXtion College Postcard displays are located at 531 college campuses nationwide with over 3,000 RAX to advertise in. This targeted program reaches 1/3 of the entire college market in a relaxed and inviting environment. Unlike other audiences, Students are just forming brand loyalty and very willing to experiment, thereby, they are most likely to pay attention and ultimately mail AXtion College Marketing Postcards to their friends and family!

On Campus

AXtion College Postcard displays are located in student unions, dining halls, mailrooms, dorms, fraternities, sororities, and selected academic buildings on college campuses across the United States. Students are advocate consumers of the FREE AXtion College Postcards because they use them to keep in touch with friends and family back home. This program is a highly targeted medium for reaching an elusive student marketplace.

SPECS FOR PRINTING AXtion College Postcards

NewAge College Marketing contracts local printers that produce high quality, full-color postcards at a low cost. We offer 4.25" x 6" postcards with a 14 Day turnaround time to meet your college promotions deadlines.

Fulfilling The Order
To place an order, follow these 3 steps:

1. Complete and print out the Order Form.
2. Enclose Artwork.
3. Enclose Full Payment.

 

You will receive telephone or fax confirmation of your order!

Printing Specifications
Paper: 18 point(nice and thick!) with Galerie Gloss 100lb Cover
Color: The front is printed in full-color (4 color process); backs print black and orange (PMS 172)
Size: Standard 4.25" x 6".

Turnaround Time
14 day turnaround after approval of final artwork. Art is considered "final" after all corrections have been made and you've signed the layout "OK to print!"

How to Submit your Artwork?
There are three different ways to submit your postcard artwork:

1. As film separations (Professionals)
2. On computer disk
3. Raw artwork; i.e., slides, prints, drawings, etc.

Shipping
Client is however responsible for shipping charges of AXtion College Postcards shipped via UPS directly from our Headquarters to distribution agents according to wave distributions assigned by client and NewAge Marketing, Inc.

If you choose to print elsewhere, client is responsible for shipping charges to NewAge Marketing, Inc. as well as distribution agents.

Printing Schedule/Rolling
Please refer to the following schedule for approximate turnaround time. Postcards are ready/printed to ship 14 business days after Final Artwork is submitted. Note: Artwork is considered "Final" after all corrections have been made and you have signed the layout "OK to print".

Mechanical Requirements

Artwork should be provided in the form of film separations with a Matchprint for color proofing. Layouts must follow these specs:

Front/Back Card Presentation 4-Color process: C+M+Y+K only. RGB Separations are not accepted. If using a black background, please use: C:80%, M:60%, Y:40%, K:100%. AXtion College Postcard does not recommend 100% K-only backgrounds. 2 Colors are used on the back of all AXtion College Postcards: PMS 172 (Orange) and black. The AXtion College Postcard Marketing Production Dept. will provide you with a template for the back that includes the AXtion College Postcard logo, the AXtion College Postcard tag line, 4 address lines and a dotted middle line. Feel free to use PMS 172 in your design for the back of the card!
